Really fabrication is a triad of design, sculpting and painting rolled into one. My passion for creating knows no limits, from silly, fun pieces to beautiful creations for important events, I love what I do.
The actor that played the decapitated head, allowed me to make a mold of his face for this project, sometimes the head had lines and sometimes, for dramatic effect, actors could pick it up and walk away with it.

This western themed, mellow drama and musical was a fun exercise in minimalism and texture. I mixed into my scenic dope for the monuments and the grains were hit by the stage lights to create a really nice effect.
This faux stained glass, faux stone wall was an important visual in an otherwise very minimalist set.
This whimsical set needed to capture the feel of all of Dr. Seuss's works whether they were visiting Whoville or the Jungle of Nool. I loved creating truffula trees that were actually fuzzy and bringing this childhood favorite to life.
One of my most "moving" set pieces the three background flats pivoted on steel frames for fast and easy set changes.
